1. Warehouses & Shipping Coverage
Famigift.com ships from multiple warehouse locations, including the United States (US), the United Kingdom (UK), and the Asia region.
Orders are automatically shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address to ensure fast and cost-effective delivery.
If an item is out of stock at the nearest warehouse, we may ship from the next closest location with available inventory.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
United States (US)
• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Express/Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on method)
United Kingdom (UK)
• Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
• Express/Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days
Asia
• Standard Shipping: 5–20 business days (varies by destination country)
Delivery estimates begin once your order is confirmed and handed to the carrier. Holidays, customs, weather, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and package dimensions.
Additional surcharges may apply for remote areas, oversized items, heavy packages, or special delivery conditions.
4. Free Shipping
Famigift.com offers Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders of $100+ within the US and UK.
Express or expedited shipping methods are excluded from free shipping and may incur additional charges.
5. Order Processing & Packaging
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
All orders are securely packaged to protect items during transit. Fragile or oversized items may receive additional protective packaging.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
If any unexpected delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
7. Exceptions & Special Conditions
• Some products may not ship from all warehouse locations due to size, weight, or regional restrictions.
